On June 22, 2010, by means of E-Register, the united system for disclosure of public information of the Financial Supervision Commission and the Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia, Enemona presented the new Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for 2009 of the Group of Companies. The Document consolidates the gross revenues from sales of the subsidiary Enemona Utilities.
Following a competition, Enemona chose Ernst & Young Bulgaria Ltd for a consultant. Subject of the contract is providing consultancy services concerning the sale of shares Enemona holds in the capital of Lomsko Pivo brewery, and the subsidiary Agro Invest Engineering. The land owned by Agro Invest Engineering, will be transferred to Enemona or a future company for the purposes of Energy Project Lom Lignite. The contract also includes consultancy concerning drawing investors into the project for construction of a combined heat and power plant CHPP Nikopol, as well as in the natural gas business activities (Virtual pipeline, Nevrokop Gas).
